Back from Baker
We're back from Baker City. We had a nice time. Got up Saturday morning, not early enough for me, but we ended up leaving at 11. Arrived in Baker at 2 pm. Lounged around and went to dinner at Barley Brown's Pub. It was super. Well, except for Grandma ordered this pasta and it tasted (to borrow from a Friend's episode) like feet! Terrible. But the rest was really good. Went to the Flea Market on Sunday. It wasn't as crowded as in the past, but it could be the economy or Labor Day, we've never been to the Labor day market before. We saw lots of junk, some good stuff - and an old girlfriend of Cory's. So nice. You turn a corner and, Wham - there she is. Oh well. I got a great coat for 12 dollars. Sophie got a bunch of little knick-knacks. We ate a bunch of junk food. A good time. The best part was hanging out with the grandparents. They're a lot of fun. We talked and talked. A nice weekend. Sort of glad to be home. But grandma's house is nice!
