There is really nothing better than this stuff. I don't care where you live or what cheese you may be devoted to - THIS is the best cheese in the universe. Yeah, yeah - it may have something to do with where I grew up. Think I'm silly blogging about cheese - I don't really care. Use this in a grilled cheese, grated for tacos or just plain, well, plain and you might be on the way to heaven. In moments of weakness I've tried to buy other cheddar only to be wildly disappointed. There is just no substitute.
